Personal information collected on the Site is kept for as long as an account is active on the Site. After a period of three years without account activation, the User will receive an email inviting him/her to confirm his/her wish to keep his/her account active. Failing this, personal data will be archived, with the exception of data relating to the User's connection details. Archived data is kept for a period of 24 months. Once this period has elapsed, the information retained will be for statistical purposes only and will be anonymous. In any event, the User may request the deletion of his/her account. His/her data will then be deleted.

The Site uses information security techniques to protect User data through access control procedures, cryptographic mechanisms and firewalls in order to prevent unauthorized access to data and to guarantee its confidentiality. However, no security measure can be infallible, and the Site is in no way able to guarantee total and absolute security to the User.

Any processing of personal data must have a legal basis set out in Articles 6 and 9.2 of the GDPR in order to be lawful.

EWO Infinite Developments undertakes that any processor will provide sufficient contractual guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing meets the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation. EWO Infinite Developments may use one or more subcontractor(s) to carry out specific processing activities which will be subject to the Terms of this Policy. Any subcontractor will not be permitted to engage a subcontractor itself without the prior written consent of EWO Infinite Developments.

Thus, the Site is likely to communicate the User's data:

• To the payment solution.
• Service providers outside EWO Infinite Developments responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Services offered to Users and Customers.
• External service providers responsible for data storage on a secure server.
